Flipkart — Not replace/Refund of Moto E | |
Hello Sir Greetings for the day This is with reference to above subject Matter, I would like to inform you that I am regular customers of flipkart. I have placed one order for Motorola mobile - moto E. Order ID is OD[protected] . The product I received is Defective. Mobile got switched off Automatically. One Month has not passed and mobile is found to be defective. I feel regret to inform you that such Defective items are being delivered from flipkart which has good reputation in market. I tried to contact on your toll free no. [protected] but going through that process, it is not allowing for replacement/Return of my previous order. I sent mail and got reply that it will not be Replaced/refunded as it's more than 10 days passed? So does this mean that if I would find this on 11th day than also the same will not be Replaced/Refunded? Kindly request you to do needful regarding the matter.
