[Resolved] Flipkart — not replacing my product even though earlier agreed to replace it | |||||
Hi, i recently bought redmi 5 3gb 32 gb. I was facing hanging issue so i raise a complaint for this. Flipkart arranged a technician visit and technician said you need to update your software and you issue will be resolved. He kept my phone for update and went. Once it got updated then also it was behaving same. I again called to flipkart and asked for replacement of this product. He requested and faced some technical issue at backend and asked me to wait for some time. Now after 4 days, they are asking me to visit service centre and denying to make a return request. Why, same thing they can ask me before 4 days also. And why they are denying where there is return policy for it. Last moment, they are denying for replacement. You engaged me in all these for 10 days and now tomorrow once again i will call you then you may deny by saying that now you already spent 10 days, now we can't do anything. Hi, I have bought Redme 5a and I have received this today on 6th may 18. After all the set up and charging the phone the phone has heating issues. The phone is heating a lot. When I called the customer service they told me to follow some troubleshooting steps, and their executive don't know how to speak they are very rude. First I don't understand a new phone received an hour before and u need to do the troubleshooting that proves that you don't trust your products. And they are not ready to replace it. Is this a joke?
