[Resolved]  Flipkart — Not replacing my product which is currently in Warranty

I have ordered my JBL headphone (series - VX05038) from Flipkart -
order no - OD[protected]
invoice no. - F0YQI[protected]
product received on[protected]

After few days, My mic of headphone stop working. I have contact to flipkart for this issue after 2-3 days after getting over my busy schedule.
Flipkart customer support member told me that- we can help you to exchange this. If you want to exchange your headphone, contact directly to JBL showroom near by you.I told him that my product is currently in warranty period. they declined and said to contact JBL support.
I was just helpless at that time.
@Flipkart, you are providing like that service ???? Havent you any idea how to give service properly to your customer.

I inquired online from JBL website. they also not responding my Problem query.
Now its more than one month and I am getting irritating

In my city- Surat(Gujarat), there is no JBL showroom where I can atleast do inquiry.
Help me to exchange it.

Flipkart Customer Care's response
Tried to call customer but incoming option not available hence email send to customer with resolution as we already gave same resolution to customer. Customer should visit ASC of JBL as product is out of return policy.

Every person's call I have attended who called me last week.
