[Resolved] Flipkart — not returning my products | |||||
I want to place a return for two of my recently placed orders and I am unable to do so as flipkart has blocked my account saying that my account has a number of returns. But this is highly objectionable as there is no update of how many returns can be placed. My account on flipkart has been blocked saying that they have seen a large number of returns from my account. I am a regular online buyer and was about to reach my plus coins contest after which flipkart assured to send every order on no shipping charges plus many more benefits. I strongly feel that they are making fool o[censored]s. There is not any policy on flipkart which mentions how many returns a buyer can place from that account. This is happening for the second time with my account. Before also they did the same thing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
