i purchased Skullcandy S2IKDZ-010 Ink'd 2.0 on 7th JAN 2015.headphones are not working when i used it.i also contact to your customer care, they didn't provide me a correct information and number.i 'll file a case against flipkart.10 day Replacement Guarantee was given to me and one year manufacturing warranty also.customer informed me that i complained after more then 10days, but i gift that headphones to some of my friend.he informed me today about this, headphones are not working when they delivered to me.flipkart has delivered me not working condition headphone, please replace it as soon as possible, please take any action for this ! thank you.. I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your product. I can understand the level of discomfort this may have caused.
As a quick resolution to this, you could visit the authorized brand service centre for assistance as the product delivered to you is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for any manufacturing defects that may occur during the warranty period.
As you may be aware that the seller replacement policy of 10 days from date of delivery are over, the seller would not be able to replace the product.
If you face any issues in claiming the warranty, do let us know and we will sort it out for you.
