[Resolved] Flipkart — not yet providing refund/replacement (order id - od[protected] | |||
I had ordered redmi note 4 from flipkart which was delivered to me on 21st march 2018, after 2- 3 days i requested for a replacement because handset mic not properly worked so i was not satisfied. Since then till the date they are just making me fool and not giving any replacement or refund even though they have mentioned it very clearly that product can be replaced within 10 days from delivery? Verified Support Apr 16, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer confirmed that replacement product is delivered. As issue is resolved, hence closing the case.
