[Resolved] Flipkart — OD[protected] return not entertained | |||||
We received our handset on 25.05.17. Phone was not working properly along with its loudspeaker and charging issue. We lodged the complaint on 25 may itself. We wanted replacement. The engineer mr anmol visited on 27 may but neither me nor my son was at home. Moreover the phone was locked. He counseled my wife that it is routine visit and i have to complete the call right now. On his misguidance my wife signed. Our problems were never addressed. Later we narrated our problem to toll free number on 30 may 6.45 pm mr kanishak he said engineer would come on 1 jun. We called again on 1 jun at 7.42 pm to mr. Kartik and narrated him the problems again. He advised to mail again then we sent return mail we got message that flipcart personnel would contact on 4 jun. As we are not satisfied we contacted again on 3 jun 11.52 to sanya but she cut the call. To summarized we are not satisfied. We want to return the hand set of order no od[protected]. We have requested on the same day of receipt narrating our problem thereafter we have been trying very hard as detailed above. It is really painful experience for us and we are getting very sad and hopelss. Kindly address our problem as we have requested well within prescribed time. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My oppo A57 handset got delivered to me on 31 June 2017. I had opened the box and start using the phone but thereafter I found phone headset female jack is not working properly. As I wanted to replace the phone so that I have lodge a replacment request to Flipkart against order.
Next day one guy name sahil Kumar came from Jeeves consumer services Pvt ltd. to check the phone problem and he found the same. He had filled his job sheet and mentioned that phone jack is faulty.
After 2 hours when I checked my Flipkart account there Flipkart has updated the request is rejected. Immediately I called to customer care and told him about the issue. He told me, that guy has reported to Flipkart that issue has been resolved and customer is happy.
Then again I have raised replacment request and same thing happened again. Again Flipkart rejected my request by saying that the guy has reported the issue has been resolved. Why Flipkart doing such rubbish things. It has become more difficult to shop from Flipkart.
Even I have mailed to Flipkart customer support team but still there is no response from them. I have also attached the job shat which had been filled by that guy. It is clearly metioned in job sheet that issue has not been resolved yet but I don't know why Flipkart is so dumb now.
I need the resolution..otherwise I will lodge a case against Flipkart and their third party company Jeeves.
