Dear sir I bought an lcd table clock from flipkart on 23 august 2017. It was defective as its lcd light was not working. I ordered for the return of the product. But the vendor who came to collect the product was not aware about the product which was to be collected. He kept calling someone or other for confirming about the product. And eventually went back without collecting the product. I called your customer care executives who either hung up on me or kept me on hold for hours. This is customer harassment. I am planning to go to consumer court to seek redress if my is not resolved immediately.
