I have ordered the new Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile phone in Flipkart on 15th Oct 2015. They have delivered a product which I'm not able to turn it on. I called their customer service and logged a complaint and they have convinced me to agree for a replacement which is supposed to be delivered on 29th Oct 2015. But the product is not yet delivered yet now 2nd Nov 2015. I tried reaching the customer service of Flipkart after a harassment and humiliation they still asking some more time to deliver the product Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 03, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and apologized for the delay in delivery and ensure him that the product will be delivered on or before 7 PM by the end of the day. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.
