[Resolved]  Flipkart — od[protected] / refund & return cancellation - reschedule

Dear team,

As mentioned in the subject line, my redmi note 5 pro black (64gb), has a problem of battery draining, heating & hanging issues. I raise a request for refund & refund approved by seller within the 10 days replacement or refund policy then after 2 time technician visited on 1st visited he has not trace the issues and on 2nd visited he has face the issues in my phone and he is providing return remarks to flipkart, dt - may 02, 2018 after 9 pm.
I got the return & pick on my orders dictated may 04, 2018 so i ensure for the same date i. E. May 04, 2018 and also i call to customer care before pick please mentioned to call first me by pick up person on may 02, 2018 after 10 pm.
But on may 03, 2018 i suddenly got a massage (At 9 am) for pick at the time i am at my office so, pick is not done, on same day after 8.15 i got pop in my orders, your return & refund has been cancel.
I requesting team please re-schedule the pick & then provide me refund asap.

Customer raised a complaint that the product was defective and so we interacted with the customer and arranged for the pick up of the product and provided the refund from seller. So sent a mail to customer as he was not picking up the call that refund is completed from the seller's end and have provided the details of the refund in his registered email id. Hence, as issue is resolved so closing the complaint from our end.
