Flipkart — OD[protected] Order Yet Not delivered and Now order cancelled | |||
I have purchased 1 Moto G60 (OD[protected] with exchange for an old phone. Yesterday the courier boy came and asked for extra 2100/- for the old phone exchange extra price. I have asked him to wait till Flipkart customer care confirmation but he said he can't wait as he is having some other order to deliver, after your communication with the flipkart agent you call me i will deliver the order. After confirmation from customer care, I called him to deliver the order, he refused to collect the old phone and asked to pay full amount i.e. 4950/- Without any proper reason why he refused to collect the exchange and why asking to pay full amount via Case or Google pay. Why he is not carry the card swipe machine ?? Why i have not received any Msg. / mail regarding extra payment ? Moreover i have escalated the issue several times to flipkart customer care but not recived any positive response. Now mail recived from flipkart and updtating the status order cancelled. Why my order was canclled and After the confirmation I have done the factory reset, who will I bare the charges of data, as old phone reconfiguration required ?? Moreover, the courier boy removed the glass protection cover also which is not useful right now ? Was this information helpful? | |||
