Flipkart — OD[protected] VU TV received defective product requested for Refund from Sept 20 still no updates

Purchased a VU tv with the order no OD[protected] as on 18 Sept 2016, found product as defective and requested for a replacement since no updates received past one week I requested for a Cancelation of the order but the Customer care service is not upto the mark and no solution yet the call get disconnected when I call from my Mobile no.

Updated by sati3333 Purchased a VU tv with the order no OD[protected] as on 18 Sept 2016, found product as defective and requested for a Refund but no updates received form the team except the issue will get resolved with in 24 hours but no repose post 24 hrs when try to connect with the supervisor the call gets disconnected please do let us know the possible ways to get the refund
