I have ordered mobile in flipkart on 17th January. Amount paid from my credit card(11999) I received a mail on 19th Jan that product has been shipped. But on 21 th Jan again i received a mail saying due to high demand order has been cancelled and also after i am not able to login into flipkart also. I asked for refund.But still no positive update from flipkart. whenever I had called and got different updates from customer executives. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 25, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that he wants to speak in Tamil so informed to him that we will arrange a call back in Tamil language.
Verified Support Jan 27, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on [protected], apologized for the issue as customer told that he received the refund, as he told to deactivate the account, or remove card hence informed that as he was not having the access hence told we cant change or remove saved card, customer agreed hence closing case.
