[Resolved] Flipkart — Offer not applied to the account | |
Hi Flipkart has a plan where against certain purchase you receive SUPER COINS. By using those super coins you can avail various offers and discount from their website. I had purchased IFB washing machine on 19th June 2020 and super coins were supposed to be credited at the end of return period which was 01.07.2020. I raised a complaint on the same day that super coins have not been added and have been following up with there customer service for 10 days now. After numerous mails/Twitter/calls/ chats my complaint was registered and i was given a timeline of 10th July 02:30 PM as time for resolution or feedback on my complaint. After no followup from them. I calld their hotline at 9:00 PM on 10/07/2020 and now they are reporting that they need another 24-48 hours and still are not sure if the issue will be resolved by that time.
