[Resolved] Flipkart — one item missing out of two ordered item (smitch wifi smart plug) | |||
I have purchased 02 (Two) no. Smitch wifi smart plug 16a (White colour) ordered on flipkart on 20th sep, 2020, order id-od[protected], amounting rs. 1194/-. I received the package from ekart logistics (Fmpp[protected]) by 22nd sep, 2020. When i open the box i found only 01 (One) item is present but the invoice is prepared for two items. Immediately contacted flipkart customer care, told them the fact. They assured either missing item will be sent or refund will be done. I received a message from flipkart that “ return request received: your return request for smitch... From your order with order id-od[protected] has been received. We will give you an update soon.” but on 23rd sep, 2020, i received another message “ return update: sorry the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for smitch... From your order with order id-od[protected]. Please check your email for more details.” i also received an email from flipkart that return request is rejected and closed. So, now if i want refund i have to return two items physically. How can i send two item where as i have received only one item and my return date is open till 29th sep. When i called flipkart they told to wait till 25th sep, but no update message received from flipkart regarding what step they are going to take. One thing worthy to mention that the packing box in which the item is delivered has almost same width as of the item box. So the one side of the packing box is much inflated (Top-bottom) than other side (Top-bottom). If two items is sent then whole packing box would have been inflated (Top-bottom) unlike one side. So any one can easily understand that only one item is sent in that packing. I'm attaching some picture herein. So please arrange to send the missing item or refund (Rs. 598/-) immediately. Oct 7, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart has refunded total amount i.e. Rs 598/- although they demanded PAN card for document verification. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 598/- has been completed on 02 Oct 20 and should be reflecting in your credit card by 06 Oct 20. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
