Sir this is Gunjan Bhatia from Udaipur rajasthan, I have purchased an onida ac worth rupees 28000... I have made this order on 7th of oct., 2015 and they have delivered me on 14th of oct.2015, after making payment I realised that it was under weight.. it was written 49kg weight of external unit on their site but I got 35kg. Then I requested for a replacement...and after a struggle of 10 days I got it replaced but again the same under weight product was given to me.. now it has been almost a month I am struggling with these guys... my payment is with them... of rs.28000, there ac which is not a prescribed one is with me... and they are telling us that we cant help you..
