[Resolved] Flipkart — online payment issue | |||||
Dear sir I made a payment online for flipkart on 22nd july. During payment order is failure and money deducted from my account. Flipkart i'd - [protected]@gmail.com Name - deepak Mobile - [protected] Merchant - flipkart Date 24th july Order id - od[protected] I contacted bank they cleared that money with flipkart. I contacted flipkart so many times but they are not responding at all. Please suggest what i have to do,? Because in this manner cashless payment is a issue, digital india is failure. Is there any place where can i complaint regarding e-commerce shopping issues? From where customers can get support. Please do needful asap. Already 40 days over after payment.
