[Resolved] Flipkart Online — refund money | |
I have ordered a louis caron backpack in flipkart by using my google pay upi on 25th december 2019 and again i have cancelled the order on 29th december 2019 but until no refund money is not reflected back in my account. For this i have already contact flipkart customer care they told seller is successful refunded to your bank account. So it's my humble request to take immediate action for the refund money 599 rupees

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 09 Jan 20 and should be reflecting on your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number (P1912290831068228824194) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
