[Resolved]  Flipkart — oppo f11pro mobile (flipkart)

I have ordered f11 pro on flipkart against exchange with my old phone samsung j7max on 16 july 2019. The phone was supposed to be delivered by 20 july 2019, however the deliver boy came to deliver it on 21 july. He asked me to show my old phone and he told me i cannot exchange the phone as there is scratch on the side panel of phone and also at back cover. I told him please review the exchange policy which indicate that physical damage or crack is not allowed, but he denied. Than i approached flipkart and launched complaint on 21 july, followed by 24 july and finally on 25 july they asked me to share the images of the phone. They indicated to give reply by 26 july, but i didn't got any updates. On 27 july i again followed about the same, this time they informed me that there is a gap in the back panel (New defect). But there is no such type of defect exist. This is total harrassment and disgusting experience with flipkart and particularly ekart and wishmaster. I always believe in transparency and hope flipkart along with ekart and wishmaster resolve the issue. I hope many people have faced the same kind of issue.

We understand that the Wishmaster was unable to complete the pick up of the exchange product.
We are sorry to let you know that the seller won't be able to fulfill your request to exchange the product as it does not meet the exchange guidelines listed on the product page as there is a gap at the bottom panel.
In case, you still like to get the order delivered, you can do so by paying the exchange product value of Rs. 6300/- at the time of the delivery. To confirm your choice, please reply to this mail within 4 business hours so that we can share the update with the seller. Hence, we are closing this complaint from our end.
