Flipkart — Order auto cancel and offer denied | |||||
I ordered a LeEco Le 1s phone by exchange offer ready to exchange my lg g3 and the balance amount of Rs 4848 by credit card. I got message that phone is out for delivery. And then later that day I get a message that delivery attempt was made and no one was available to the order is cancelled. I did not get a single call from the courier person nothing at all. As I know flipkart attempts delivery 3 times before cancellations, I called customer support and Mohit Kumar advised me that it was their error and he will attempt delivery again. Then I get a call from escalation department that it cannot be delivered I need to order again. But now the offer is not available. Which does not seem to be fair. I need a resolution on this as soon as possible as due to courier company error flipkart is loosing their revenue and me as a customer my product.
