[Resolved] Flipkart — Order Automatically cancelled | |||
I have order a Lenovo K3 Note mobile on 5-Aug 2015 Order no OD[protected] . Expected delivery date was 11th Aug on date of booking. Further it changed to 14th Aug. On 11th Aug i received a message saying "Order has been cancelled". On website status was changed from "Out for delivery" to "Shipment Cancelled" and the time difference between those 2 were just 3 minutes(Out for delivery on 11:08 pm and Shipment Cancelled on 11:11 pm. Attached Image. Please look into the issue and take proper actions for the same. Flipkart has gained a huge image in these 2 years because of their quality products and delivery time but these kind of issues where products automatically gets cancelled should not come for such huge brand/company name.
