[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancel by seller in flipkart | |||
Dear filipkart, On 23.05.2019 during sale period I place two different order puma shoes 1st Order I'd:OD[protected] This order cancel today 04.06.2019 that mean after two week he said due to pricing error 2nd order I'd:OD[protected] This order cancel due to an availability of stock that mail I already received but after placing order I continues whatching that seller can sell shoes on Flipkart with hike price. If seller don't have stock then why he is selling shoes in flipkart and one more thing Flipkart start new business to make customer fool.you start sale on Flipkart all customers buy iteam and after 2 week you eat interest of money and finally said due to an availability of stock your order has been canceled. And why Flipkart not intimate me or give choice to wait till stock available or cancel order. I have mail of reason stock not available but seller continues sell on Flipkart from 23.05.2019 to till date you can also check. Verified Support Jun 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled due to unforeseen reasons. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order. Closing the complaint from our end.
