[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancelled account blocked which has 600rs of gift amount | |||
Order ID OD[protected] Placed on 21-AUG-2019 Product: Grocery Products. As the above product was cancelled and i received the mail as "Hi Sreeram A, We'd like to let you know that your recent order OD[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. Refund amount ₨. 770.0" But i just purchased the product for my own purpose. I dont know why they cancelled and said like that. Problem is I have 600rs Gift card amount in my account but now my account has blocked unable to login. As i order was rs 770.0 used gift card 600rs and Net Banking 170rs. I contacted the flipkart customer care on 22-AUG-2019. They said that gift amount also will be credited back to my netbanking account so kindly wait for 3 working days. Now Problem is i did not even got my 170rs netbanking refund amount. Now i need my Gift card Amount of 600rs but flipkart customer care executive not giving the information about the gift card amount. They just copy pasting the message as " Hello, We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Thank you flipkart Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Having complained about this, I have been back 50 times in a month, so far neither my account has been unblocked nor my vouchers have been unlinked.
Flipkart keeps sending me the same kind of email every time I am tired of contacting them again and again.
I beg Flipkart to solve my problem soon. I am very upset
