[Resolved] Flipkart — Order Cancelled Account Frozen NO REFUND | |||||
On 2nd Oct 2016, @ 00:02 AM, had placed an order for an IFB Convection 23L Microwave Oven which was on offer on Big Billion Day(10% flat off via SBI Card). Payment was smooth. Order was successfully placed. Received an EMail in the next 3 minutes stating that owing to high volume of orders, and as an equal opportunity to the other customers, the Order stood cancelled. Immediately called customer support number[protected] to escalate the issue. No response till next day. Finally made a post on Flipkart Facebook Page. Immediately got a callback stating that my account was FROZEN due to some order cancellations that was made in the past(Although there was no prior notifications for the same). And the refund is initiated and is expected to be reversed to my Debit Card in 7-8 working days. 48 hours later had called CC again knowing that the Refund Could not be processed due to Technical Issues and the team is working on that closely. No Email/Call until a post is made on Facebook Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 09, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue addressed and refund already initiated, also TAT shared with customer.
