[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancelled after 5 days | |||||
I have Placed a order of "Hot Wheels New 50 Car Pack" on Tue, 9th Oct 9:12 pm with amount of 1, 548 with HDFC Credit card offer on Flipkart in Big Billion Days with my Flipkart Plus Account. As i got early access of the Sale on 9th October 9 P.M. They give me delivery date of 12th October. And Seller has processed the order on Wed, 10th Oct 3:59 am. i didn't got the delivery and After waiting for 5 Days my order got cancelled by Seller on Mon, 15th Oct 8:39 am. So, i contacted them for the same. And they told me to place new order. So this the method of making people making fool in the name of Big billion days. Now the Price of the product is 3, 869/- . My 3 year old son was eagerly waiting for it. Is this the way Flipkart plays with emotion and feelings of customers? Now they are telling me to place new order. Why should i? Flipkart has to deliver the product to me with the price of 1, 548 or Pay me the difference for placing the new order.
