[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancelled by flipkart without consulting me | |||
Date of incident:[protected]: 12.22pm Client number:[protected] Description: I ordered philips in-she1515bk/94 wired headset with mic in flipkart on march 19, 2018 at 12.22pm. It cost 10 rupees and for travelling charges 40. Totally 50 rupees. I payed money through online payment. I am eagerly waiting for my headsets, but after at 4.36pm i got message from flipkart telling that "refund initiated". After that i seen my flipkarts orders then it is showing item cancelled by seller. I don't know why flipkart cancelled my order without my permission. I got refund through giftcards. I don't want the giftcards. I want only the headsets. Please send me the headsets. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Mar 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We interacted with the customer and informed that due to price issue the order got cancelled and so we apologized for the inconvenience and provide him E-gift Voucher of Rs. 100 for the inconvenience caused. Hence, feedback taken and closing the complaint from our end.
