Flipkart — Order cancelled without consent and refund not being initiated

Estimate deliver date:[protected]
Order status:was not shipped, cancelled on
31st october by seller without my consent.
Current issue:refund not revieved.

When asking for refund they tell that they are waiting for product to return to warehouse.
issue is how will order return to warehouse if it was not shipped.its been 19 days since
I paid for this order.Flipkart is not taking any actions, they delay the refund everyday and have'nt even initiated the refund process.
Kindly help me get my money back and take action against this frauds.
Aslo order was cancelled without my consent, why take order when you cant deliver and if you cancel atleast give the money back.
No satisfactory reson was being provided for order cancellation, this seller delivers to my adress.

@Flipkart please do not say that you are waiting for priduct to return, it was never dispatched and it will never return.
If someone should wait, it should be you if you have such faith in you process kindly refunf me my money and you deal/take money from your seller yourself, hope you reply appropiately this time unlike your customer care who do not takes any action

I ordered a laptop and canceled the laptop on the same day i.e. on 21-10-20 on flipkart and they told me i would get the refund by 29-10-20 but its 6-11- 20 and i still haven't got my refund.the amount is 56790 i contacted their usless customer care and they are telling me to wait and pospoting the refund date. I have lodged a complaint in the bank and they told me they are checking the issue but still haven't got my refund
