[Resolved] Flipkart — Order cancelled without information | |||||
I ordered a Samsung led tv OD[protected] from flipkart. Series of events 1) Order date : Nov 4th, expected delivery date : 10th nov, Product not received 2) Nov 12 th Called Flipkart - they told they will follow up with the seller Multiple calls post that.. 3) Nov 23 - Flipkart calls and tells seller cancelled the product as it is Out of stock. 4) On Nov 23 11Am Flipkart sends a mail saying order cancelled based on my request Post Nov 23, I have been following up with Flipkart, Flipkart told they were waiting for seller response, later they told they are waiting for courier return as the product is shipped :( They took 20 days time and didn't resolve the issue. After doing a lot of search on online, found seller details, called the seller and seller informed me that Flipkart cancelled the order without paying anything and they didn't deliver the product. The b*** of flipkart hold my money for 30 days without deliverying the product and refund. After threatening a legal action, they first committed they will do the price match which they didn't do. And after 40 days these B*** returned money and no apology from these b**** at all.. Can someone tell if there is a right way to penalize flipkart legally as they withhold my money for 40 days? Verified Support Dec 14, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue already escalated to concern stack holders to sort out. We will do follow up on the same.
