[Resolved] Flipkart — order flipkart blocked

When i try to login my flipkart account it is showing that your account has been blocked. When i try to contact them regarding this, they told that you didn't buy products for your personal use. I ordered flipkart smartbuy powerbank and they cancelled due to excess demand. I ordered 3-4 times in the hope that my order will be accepted. Everytime my order get cancelled and now they blocked my account. I didn't understand why and everytime they are replying the same message that you didn't use for personal use. What should i do? Verified Support Dec 03, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Indu, We are sorry to let you know that your recent order for Flipkart SmartBuy 10000 mAh Power Bank (XS10LPB Poly) has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
