[Resolved] Flipkart — order getting delayed more than 12 days!

My flipkart order with order id: od[protected] which was ordered with debit card payment on 3rd october 2018 from the
Mail-id:[protected]@gmail.com was promised to deliver on 8th of october 2018 when i track my order my order seems to be stagnant! And on 8th of october, they didn't deliver the product and my promise date to deliver the product was changed from 8th to 12th of october, 2018. Today (11th of october, 2018) i tried calling flipkart customer care and they told me that my product won't be delivered on 12th of october, it will only be delivered on or before 15th of october, 2018. They are not providing with any updates in the app and no notifications were given.
Flipkart's delivery is getting worse.
I need the delivery asap

They provided my refund to the same payment mode that i used for the payment! ofcourse if was delayed. But still they provided it!

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by allwy I didn't get any reply from your side regarding my refund! No email, no call nothing! I need my refund ASAP. It's been over two weeks that you people are fooling around with the product and my refund!

Updated by allwy What the hell is going on??? Its been 10 days since I cancelled the order, and till now I haven't received any refund. Flipkart is getting worse! There is now no way for me to go for my refund! Everytime I call the customer Care, they keep on saying that my refund request have been initiated and will be processed shortly. But haven't yet refunded the amount! I am really disappointed! Please do something!
