[Resolved] Flipkart — order getting delayed more than 12 days! | |||||
My flipkart order with order id: od[protected] which was ordered with debit card payment on 3rd october 2018 from the Mail-id:[protected]@gmail.com was promised to deliver on 8th of october 2018 when i track my order my order seems to be stagnant! And on 8th of october, they didn't deliver the product and my promise date to deliver the product was changed from 8th to 12th of october, 2018. Today (11th of october, 2018) i tried calling flipkart customer care and they told me that my product won't be delivered on 12th of october, it will only be delivered on or before 15th of october, 2018. They are not providing with any updates in the app and no notifications were given. Flipkart's delivery is getting worse. I need the delivery asap Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They provided my refund to the same payment mode that i used for the payment! ofcourse if was delayed. But still they provided it! Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 13, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
