Hi, I have order 4 item in one order on flipkart on 03.10.2021 under id OD[protected]. but I haven't received mail of order details on my registered email id. I have ask customer care to resend/or provide soft copy of details( which has all item ordered in one order and mode of payment). But they are not able to provide it. I need to submit order details to my company showing that I have ordered all items and paid via debit card(digital). We are sorry for the trouble caused. We will certainly help you out with this. We would like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 650 to the bank account on Oct 03, 2021. It will be reflect to your bank account by Oct 08, 2021, as per standard banking procedures. Below are the details to confirm that the refund has been successful: Bank Transaction id :[protected]. You may contact the bank's customer care with the bank transaction id to know your refund status.
