Flipkart — Order Id: OD[protected] Item: Lava Iris 310 Style

I have ordered Lava Iris 310 style mobile phone from Flipkart. I have made the payment of Rs.3049 from Indian Overseas Bank on 18th Dec 2014. The payment was successful from Bank side. But Flipkart said they did not receive the payment and order me again. They assured me that the payment if credited would be refunded. So, I ordered again and got the item. But till date my refund is not made. When I contact them on phone, they keep saying that the action in this case has already been taken and advised me to check the bank. I am enclosing the bank statement for your reference. Till date the refund has not made. I am requesting you to take proper action against this company.
