Hi, i recd moto e4 plus (Iron gray, 32 gb) thru flipkart but mobile is having problem of audio, receiver not able to hear the conversation the voice goes up and down, i have this problem from day one, flipkart asked me to give service, even after servicing same problem, now flipkart is not answering my calls. Verified Support Aug 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that product is defective. We interacted and apologized for the issue, requested to contact brand to claim warranty. Customer agreed and closing the case.
