I have raised a replacement request for boat rockerz headphone i had purchased because of defective accessories. I never got a replacement of the product. Pathetic customer care you have... You guys train your support executives as bots. Iterating same lines everytime i call them. One, you will give me a defective product, second, i have to take so much of stress, wasting so much of time, that too to listen to the same repeating lines. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 09, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are writing to you about your order for boAt Rockerz 255F Bluetooth Headset with Mic for which you have requested a replacement. We are sorry to let you know that the seller Consulting Rooms Private Limited is unable to provide a replacement as the product is not in stock at the moment due to which your request for replacement has been canceled. The seller will go ahead and provide you a refund of Rs 1349 once the product is picked up by the courier service provider. This will be credited to your PhonePe as per standard banking procedures. Hence, we are closing this complaint from our end. | |||
