[Resolved] Flipkart — order id - od[protected] | |||
I have ordered 3 bags from flipkart and coz of some quality issues .. I have returned all the three bags but i only got the refund of 2 bags...I requested to take back the bag and accordingly their agent has picked up it on 4th january but the refund has not been received yet. I have reported the matter a number of times after 4th january.. they informed the last dates many times for solving the issue but tgey are not solved it so pls help me to immediately settle the matter and pls make the refund..Flipkart is showing that return is cancelled but i have not cancelled the return request n the agent has picked up the bag for return..when i contacted the ecom express agent they comformed that they have returned the product..they are ready to show me the proof too..when i contacted the customer support they promised me the issue will be resolved on 16th jan but still it is not solved and now they are delaying it again and again..i am waiting from a month..i have returned the product on 4th jan ..still i have not recieved the refund of Rs 364 and they are delaying it again and again.
