[Resolved] Flipkart — order id - od[protected] no refund offered | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: poor and slow service in picking up the return leading to more delays The issue that I have experienced was: Order ID - OD[protected] I paid for this TV on 27th FEB 2020, the TV turned out to be defective (switching off at random) so i placed a request for a replacement within 10 days. The technician sent by flipkart to diagnose the issue had no knowledge about the product and didn't know what was wrong with it. They arranged for multiple visits to my house, causing further delay and inconvenience at my expense and then wrongly cancelled my replacement after falsely updating remarks that the issue was software related. Still within the 10 day return period, I immediately contacted Flipkart and arranged for another replacement, this time the TV was uninstalled and packed for return. The initial replacement request and the second request was still weeks before the lockdown was imposed and this could've been replaced in time had Flipkart and the seller: Omnitech Retail done their jobs in the promised time frame. It occurred on: 5/03/2020 I am no longer seeking a replacement from the seller. Omnitech Retail had wrongly cancelled my request. Flipkart should not honour the seller's policies as they are not acting in good faith. Flipkart has admitted that my request was falsely cancelled since the issue was never software related but hardware related. I would also like Flipkart to compensate me for the subscription bills for the above mentioned platforms and I am seeking a complete refund for the product and that is the only resolution I will be satisfied with. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance(P2007021722187329720190). If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. | |
