[Resolved]  Flipkart — order id: OD[protected] duplicate product

order id: OD[protected]. I had received duplicate product samsung EB575152LU battery for samsung I9003 from flip kart. In invoice the battery serial # was different from serial # printed in the battery. even the size of the battery is bigger which is not getting placed in the mobile too. And i got the same in the replacement order too

Spoke the customer, he claims that he receive the product which is duplicate and invoice the battery serial # was different from serial # printed in the battery and apologized for inconvenience caused and make sure that it wont repeat next time and informed customer will escalate this issue to concern team and already return created for refund. Hence closing the case.
