[Resolved] Flipkart — order is delayed unprofessionally | |||||
I have ordered a philips speaker with order id od[protected] on 24th sep 2017 which suppose to be delivered by 2 nd oct. But they i got a mail saying that it got misrouted. And will be delivered by 5 the but again it got misrouted. Customer care is not replying professionally at all. This is nit tha quality of service expected from flipkart. It's very disappointing. Verified Support Oct 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about delay in delivery. We had interacted with the customer and he said shipment is received. Hence closing the complaint.
