[Resolved] Flipkart — Order is not received even after promised delivery date | |
Hello,
My name is Sandip Gole and I am from Thane, Mumbai. Mobile No. [protected], Emai. ID- [protected]@gmail.com
I have ordered MOTO 3G mobile through Flipkart and my order no is OD[protected]
Order was placed on 5th Sept’15, payments was made in advance and promised delivery date was 12th Sept’15 but still I have not received my order.
I called Flipkart Customer support executives more than 30 times and sent couple of emails to [protected]@flipkart.com as well but not received any positive response/feedback to my questions.
I must say that Flipkart is the worst website for online shopping. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Sep 15, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response ustomer had stated the delivery is not done today is the promise date and needs the product on priority.
