[Resolved] Flipkart — order no. od[protected] not delivered | |||||
Dear sir/mam, It is regarding an order i placed from flipkart.com, i placed this order on 4th august 17 and the product was delivered to my doorstep... However i was not satisfied with the product therefore i made a complaint to replace the product henceforth... The product was reverse picked by their representative on 16th august 17' but now when i am raising the query in flipkart regarding my product, they are stating that the product has been delivered but the tragedy is, i didn't received my product yet. Please help me in this regard and please help me get my money refund as i do not want to take any product from flipkarts now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Sep 06, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the replacement issue. Hence refund is provided to the customer and closed the complaint.
