[Resolved] Flipkart — order not delivered not able to cancel | |||||
Ordered a xiaomi mi a1 phone back on 16th oct. The initial delivery date was btw 20- 23 oct. Later it got changed to oct 26.. I got frustrated and called flipkart they gave a useless reply saying that it will be delivered on 26 the oct. I have paid in full after discounts it was 12499/-. So i decided to place one more order without any discount on 23rd oct as cash on delivery. Then the status of order changed to order process delivery date is 27th oct. The order which i paid in full has a delivery date of 26th october which is of two weeks from the order date. But the order which i place on 23rd will be delivered on 26th oct. The difference in the orders is dates and prices. One is with discounts 12499 and the other one is 14999/- Now when i try to cancel the cash on delivery order it says that the previous order also will be canceled. So i will be cheated in this case. Is there a way to get the case registered with consumer court and a propersolution. We have end this cheating promos. Given by flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
