[Resolved] Flipkart — Order not placed but amount has been deducted from bank account through Online Banking Services | |
I had ordered a laptop worth 84890 on Flipkart with order ID OD[protected]. I used Online Banking Services to pay for the same and the amount has been deducted from my account. I have the E-receipt for the successful transaction which I am attaching below. The money had been deducted from my account and the order was not placed because they claimed that there was no response from the bank. When I tried to contact the help desk they informed me that I would either get an order confirmation or a refund confirmation within 24 hours, which I did not.

I had ordered a phone during sale and paid through upi .money got deducted but payment was still shwing pending. my order got canceled because delivery man told me that it is a payment mode is cod. Its been 45 days and still i didnt got my money back. npci and phonepay also confirmed it thaylt money has been reached to the merchant but flipkart is not responding to this. I want my refund.
