[Resolved] Flipkart — order not placed but money deducted | |||||
I tried to order lenovo k8 plus from flipkart on 15th dec'2017. I paid thru my credit card but order not completed. I got a message saying order is in process & if not completed, we will initiate the refund. I have been calling flipkart 10 times a day since last 4 days, but i did not get any satisfactory answer. If that order is not placed, flipkart should have return the amount immediately. Why would they keep customers money? Will they allow if customer pays their cod bill after 10 days?
