[Resolved] Flipkart — order not received | |
I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart india (16-oct-2017) my payment was done but still now (24-nov-2017) i have not receive the mobile. Product details - {samsung galaxy on5 (Black, 8 gb)} with order id {od[protected]}, Flipkart team said only sorry for delay our concern team work. And force to cancel my order but now mobile price is high so i can't cancel order. If they provide me same mobile on same price then i agree with flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Nov 29, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer and informed that due to courier constraints order could not be delivered and requested to place a fresh order hence, closing the complaint.
