[Resolved] Flipkart — order not received : google pixel 2 | |||
Od[protected], i ordered a google pixel 2 (Kinda blue, 64 gb) on 8th dec. And was promised to get it by 14th dec. I did the payment on 8th using a debit card. I have not yet received my order and on raising a request my order was postponed by 6 more days to 20th dec. But on flipkart a new order is available for delivery on 18 dec. And if costumer pays rs.70 then to be delivered on 15 dec. Yet flipkart does not promise me to deliver my order by tomorrow when it has the stock and exceeds the date to 20th. Costumer must receive a good compensation for the inconvenience and the mental harassment caused. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 20, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the delay in delivery. We had interacted with the customer and he said today I have received the shipment. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
