I order Sony bluetooth headphone but received a syska powerbank.
Now flipkart is not taking the product back and they are not giving me the refund.

To add to above description, the pick up person (from ekart) refused to take the return saying the product is different (power bank instead of headphones). This happeded twice.
Then flipkart customer service agent cancelled my first return request and I had to raise another one.
This time, the pick up person did not even show up at my door, and straight away rejected the pick up.

All I care about is to get my mony back. Rs.2058.
