Exchange of my old mobile was rejected for a mild scratch on the back side. But my mobile passes through all the checks mentioned for exchange.
Completely disappointed. Wasted my time, effort and money. Should have listened to my friends and ordered in amazon. My mistake. Looks like, flipkart is cheating customers by making them book showcasing exchange offers, finally rejecting the old mobiles, so that customers will pay money for mobile exchange also, as they will be curious (Already would have got a mindset) to buy new mobile.
By doing this, flipkart should understand that they will not only lose the order, but also a valuable customer.

As discussed yesterday, i didn't had any other mobile to capture the pictures yesterday itself.

Pic-2: Back panel without a case/ cover
Pic-3: All four sides of the device without a case/ cover
Pic-4: Display screen with white background/wallpaper
Pic-5: Zoomed images of all the 4 corners of the device without a case/cover
Pic-6: Zoomed image of the charging port and headphone jack port without a case/cover
Pic-7: Zoomed image of the power button key and volume key without a case/cover
