Flipkart — Order pending amount deducted from bank account

I have ordered iphone xr 64gb variant product red from flipkart on big saving days worth 44999 in offer price. My order wasn’t successfully placed it’s pending but payment was deducted from my bank account. I’ve contacted flipkart customer service they said have to wait 24-72 hrs if they cancel my product after 72 hrs i’ll not get offer price what i’ve get today, price will be increase

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 07 Aug 20 and will be reflecting in your account by 19 Aug 20. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
