[Resolved] Flipkart — ordered cancelled by flipkart | |||||
Hello sir, I have ordered lenovo k8 plus on flipkart with order id od[protected]. The product was to be delivered on tuesday. But today is 24 october 2017, they have self rejected the order and refunded my money which will take another 7 days. The reason they are giving is that order can not shipped by seller. Two questions, one is why r u making fool of customer. If the seller was not buy thier product then how can you allow for selling product. They are just playing with customers. I dont want refund. I want my mobile ordered and strict action against these companies who are making fool of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 03, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer informed that the order has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances faced by courier service provider. Refunded the amount paid by the customer, hence closing the case.

Flipkart is playing the innocent consumer's heart. my order id OD[protected] lenovo k8 plus. I got dead product which is not power on and I did't get any replacement since 1 month .
