Flipkart — Ordered Item Not Delivered

I orderd Moto E Mobile through flipkart on 11/06/14 and they shipped the same on 12/06/14 to Ernakulam. As per their message and tracking id the item reached on their ernakulam hub on 17/06/14 but they didn't deliver the item to me even on 18/06/14 and i am still waiting for my product. I wonder how these people can run a business by harassing their own customers. I am totally fed up with flipkart and ekart logistics. They even dont have manners to reply to my mails or to contact me through phone
